How do I buy a Stroli shopping trolley?

Buy / choose the colour of your shopping trolley bag. Click the picture and then it’s in your cart. Simple. Then check out through the shopping cart.

Delivery of Stroli Shopping Trolley

How do I know my Stroli shopping trolley is on its way?

All orders are sent APC Tracked and should get to your shipping address in 3 to 4 business days of your order. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.

I’ve not received my Stroli shopping trolley yet, who should I contact?

Your order should be ready for dispatch in 1 to 2 business days from checkout. But if it’s not arrived after 7 day, email us at pleasehelpme@mystroli.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but It’s something we’re looking in to. If you can’t wait for us to get this up and running – drop us an email to pleasehelpme@mystroli.com with international delivery in the heading and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Returns and Refunds

I’ve changed my mind – what should I do?

It’s a sad day when we hear about an unwanted Stroli shopping trolley. But of course you can return your order should you so wish. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as your Stroli shopping trolley hasn’t been used and is returned in the original box.

Email us at pleasehelpme@mystroli.com and ask for the returns address.

Are returns free?

We don’t offer free returns. Any order returned in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund.

When can I expect a refund?

As soon as your Stroli shopping trolley has been returned please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process your repayment. Your refund will be made via the same method that you paid.

I received an incorrect item, what should I do?

It shouldn’t happen but write to us at pleasehelpme@mystroli.com and we will sort this out as a priority.

My Stroli shopping trolley was damaged when I received it, can I get a replacement?

Huge apologies if you’ve received a broken Stroli shopping trolley. It doesn’t happen often but if it’s happened to you – please email us a photo of the item showing any damage to pleasehelpme@mystroli.com and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
