Stroli only ships within the United Kingdom only via APC’s Tracked service.

For deliveries outside of the UK please email pleasehelpme@mystroli.com

Shipping is Free of Charge.

 

Returns

When returning Goods, you are under a duty to take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the Goods and that they are not damaged in transit.

For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

Please request the returns address via the pleasehelpme@mystroli.com

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning Goods to us unless they are defective.

Defective goods should be returned to us as soon as possible, and in any event, within 20 days of delivery. If your Stroli is defective please contact us at pleasehelpme@mystoli.com

Any Goods returned to Stroli which are claimed to be faulty are checked and verified by us before a refund can be issued.
